• Trip details: destination interests, travel dates, number of travelers, and any notes you share about your trip.
• Booking & quote details: package selected, traveler count, and quote reference numbers used to process checkout.

We do not collect or store payment card numbers, expiration dates, or CVV codes. Those are entered directly on our payment gateway's own secure, hosted checkout page and are never transmitted to or stored on Reserve Trips' servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To respond to inquiries and prepare travel quotes.
• To process bookings and send confirmations.
• To provide customer support, including refund and change requests.
• With your optional consent, to send informational text messages about travel quotes, booking requests, confirmations, and customer-service updates.
• To maintain the security and proper functioning of the Site.

3. Cookies & Analytics

This Site may use minimal, privacy-conscious analytics to understand aggregate traffic (e.g., which pages are visited) and does not use tracking for third-party advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings at any time.

We share information only as needed to deliver your trip:

• With airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other Suppliers necessary to fulfill your booking.
• With our payment gateway, solely to process payment. Reserve Trips does not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
• When required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights and safety of Reserve Trips or others.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with or obtained by third parties, except service providers acting solely on our behalf to deliver messaging services. Those providers may not use the information for their own marketing.

5. Text Message Communications

If you separately and optionally consent, Reserve Trips may send informational text messages to the phone number you provide. Messages may include travel quote, booking-request, confirmation, and customer-service updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Data Retention

We retain booking and contact records for as long as needed to provide support, honor our refund policy, and meet tax and legal record-keeping obligations, after which records are securely deleted or anonymized.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing support@reservetrips.us. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Children's Privacy

This Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold, including keeping payment processing entirely off our own servers via our gateway's hosted checkout.
