1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of www.reservetrips.us (the "Site") and any booking, quote, or payment made through it or through Reservation Assist LLC. Reserve Trips is the customer-facing travel-services brand used by Reservation Assist LLC (collectively, "Reserve Trips," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or booking with us, you agree to these Terms.

2. Our Role as a Travel Agency

Reserve Trips acts as an agent that arranges travel services, including flights, hotels, cruises, car rentals, and vacation packages, on your behalf with third-party suppliers such as airlines, hotels, tour operators, and cruise lines ("Suppliers"). We are not the airline, hotel, or tour operator itself. Your trip is subject to the terms, conditions, fare rules, and cancellation policies of the relevant Supplier(s) in addition to these Terms.

3. Bookings, Pricing & Payment

• Prices for listed packages are quoted per person in U.S. dollars and are subject to change until payment is completed at checkout.
• Custom quotes provided by phone or email are valid for the period stated by your booking specialist; unless otherwise noted, please complete payment within 48 hours of receiving a quote to hold that price.
• Depending on the booking, a Supplier or host agency may collect the principal travel cost directly while Reservation Assist LLC separately collects a disclosed agency fee or markup. For certain lower-value bookings, Reservation Assist LLC may collect a combined amount and remit the applicable Supplier cost.
• Separate charges are used only when they represent separately disclosed Supplier and agency obligations. We do not artificially split a single charge to avoid authorization, processor, or card-network limits.
• Online card payment, when available, is processed through a third-party gateway's hosted checkout page. Reserve Trips does not collect or store your card number, expiration date, or CVV.
• Payment alone does not confirm supplier availability. A booking is confirmed only when Reserve Trips issues written confirmation with the applicable supplier reference(s).

4. Changes & Cancellations

Requests to change dates, names, or other booking details should be sent to support@reservetrips.us with your booking reference. Changes are subject to the availability and change/cancellation policies of the Suppliers involved, which may include fees charged by the Supplier itself. We will always confirm any Supplier fee with you before making a change.

5. Refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the written quote, any separately disclosed agency fee, and the applicable Supplier's fare or booking rules. Our Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6. Travel Documents & Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring you hold a valid passport, any required visas, and any health or entry requirements for your destination. Reserve Trips can point you to official government resources but is not responsible for denied entry or travel disruption caused by missing or invalid travel documents.

7. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is optional unless required by a specific Supplier or destination. We recommend reviewing coverage carefully; insurance purchased through or referred by Reserve Trips is underwritten by a third-party insurer and subject to that insurer's own policy terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reserve Trips' liability for any claim arising from a booking is limited to the amount you paid to Reserve Trips for that booking. We are not liable for acts, errors, omissions, delays, or cancellations caused by Suppliers, airlines, government authorities, weather, or other events outside our reasonable control.

9. Third-Party Payment Gateway

Checkout is completed on a third-party payment gateway's own hosted page, which is subject to that gateway's terms of service and privacy policy in addition to ours.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site to submit fraudulent payment information, attempt to bypass or manipulate checkout pricing, or interfere with the Site's normal operation.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your booking will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
